Getting Data from an Omnis Database
There is no 64 bit driver for Omnis for Windows – I have tried the 32 bit one but the feedback from 77 site is that 64bit applications cannot access 32 bit ODBC drivers. Unfortunately, I still haven’t managed to achieve any meaningful access to my Omnis data either reading omnis 7 odbc writing.

I have read these many times and I am still unclear as to exactly what your architecture is here.
